What is nutritional health?
Nutrition is about the study of food at work in our bodies; our source for energy and the medium through which our nutrients can function. Good nutrition means getting the right amount of nutrients from healthy foods in the right combination. The right absorption levels are equally important. Eating right in terms of quality, amount and having nutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins and lipids (fats) as nutrition is one key to developing and maintaining good health.
